1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User” or “Organization”) and SETTEO LTD (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of the website at movn.me and the Movn mobile superapp platform.

2. Description of Service

Movn is a sports superapp ecosystem allowing sports organizations, clubs, and federations to build, publish, and manage branded Miniapps without coding. Miniapps publish instantly inside Movn without requiring individual App Store or Google Play approval processes.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

For organizations purchasing Starter, Growth, or Custom plans:

• Plans start with a free 30-day trial without setup fees unless specified otherwise.
• Subscriptions recur monthly or annually as selected during checkout.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard prior to the next billing cycle.
• All stated fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Users and Organization administrators agree not to use Movn to:

• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, illegal, or infringing content.
• Harass, abuse, or spam other members or community users.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the platform, servers, or user accounts.
• Interfere with the performance or security of the ecosystem.

Violation of these guidelines may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

5. Intellectual Property

SETTEO LTD retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Movn platform, trademarks, software, and underlying technology. Organizations retain ownership of their uploaded logos, content, and brand assets used within their Miniapp.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
